Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudOps AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of Service
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure
- Respect the intellectual property rights of CloudOps AI and third parties
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any cloud resources you connect, and for actions taken on your cloud accounts via the platform
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
4. AI Features
CloudOps AI includes AI-generated content (architecture diagrams, Infrastructure-as-Code, cost recommendations, chat responses) produced using third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock). AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated infrastructure code or recommendation before deploying it to a live environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudOps AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees, with notice where practicable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where CloudOps AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by local consumer-protection law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
