Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of CloudOps AI, including the dashboard, API, AI Chat, and any connected cloud infrastructure features. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CloudOps AI to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity
  • Provision, scan, or attack infrastructure you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other tenants' data, or any connected cloud account
  • Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupt platform availability
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls
  • Use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or that misrepresents AI output as human-verified without review
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
  • Send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk communications through any platform feature

3. Security Testing

DevSecOps scanning features (SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing) may only be run against repositories and endpoints you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Running these tools against third-party systems without authorization is prohibited and may violate law.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.
