2. Use of Service

• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the platform
• Respect intellectual property rights of CloudOps AI and third parties
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CloudOps AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
